We already knew about this hotel since it is one of the most old, historical hotels of the city. The location is actually THE BEST in town. The breakfast is excellent located in a dining hall having large glass windows overlooking AZNAVOUR square. We would return again for sure.

Location is perfect and any part of the Ciry Center is within walking distance. The foyer is quite grand with a lively bar and live music in the evening, piano and violin and during the day a nice place to just relax or do some work, the hotel restaurant has a good menu and the food standards are very good. The breakfast has something for everyone and they have a very good a la carte breakfast menu if you wanted something a little more special. The gym is not massive but adequate for purpose, and the Spa is also equipped with a big enough steam room and sauna for a few people with a small jacuzzi and a few beds to relax.

I very much enjoyed my stay at the Grand. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and professional. The Hotel is located in downtown Yerevan, within walking distance to prime locations, bars, restaurants and cafes. My room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good - the food was pretty much the same every day, but tasty. I used the gym once - small, but well equipped with brand new machines.

The character of the hotel , the facilities (especially the large sunbathed rooftop pol) and the location were excellent . It felt very zen to come back to.

We had a great experience at the Grand Hotel in Yerevan, a historic hotel in the city centre. The facilities in the hotel were superb, such as a nice lobby bar, a roof top pool and lounge area. The hotel was immaculately clean and the staff were exceptional. A special mention to the reception staff who were so helpful. Breakfast was delicious on a nice terrace area outside of the hotel. I would thoroughly recommend the Grand Hotel for a stay in Yerevan.

Everything was perfect!!! The rooms were impeccably designed, spacious, and exuded an air of elegance while still feeling cozy. Cleanliness was top-notch; everything was spotless, and the attention to detail was remarkable. It was clear the housekeeping team takes pride in maintaining a high standard, and this really enhanced the overall ambiance. But what truly set Hotel Yerevan apart was the personnel. The staff here are some of the friendliest and most helpful people I’ve encountered. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my stay, each person was genuinely dedicated to making me feel at home. They were always ready to assist with a smile, answer any questions, or offer local recommendations.

Breakfast service was slow but there are plenty of breakfast cafes in the area if you dont want to commit to hotel breakfast. Nice hotel with a history, but bear in mind that rooms are also not new. The stuff overall is very helpful.

Perfect location, nice service at every moment, a place to be also because the memory of Charles Aznavour tells us a wonderful story. Armenian people are wonderful !

Great hotel with everything you need available. The staff are helpful with all questions. The swimming pool is always a nice addition. The hotel is a good location and most things you want is a walking distance.
