Everything was perfect!!! The rooms were impeccably designed, spacious, and exuded an air of elegance while still feeling cozy. Cleanliness was top-notch; everything was spotless, and the attention to detail was remarkable. It was clear the housekeeping team takes pride in maintaining a high standard, and this really enhanced the overall ambiance. But what truly set Hotel Yerevan apart was the personnel. The staff here are some of the friendliest and most helpful people I’ve encountered. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my stay, each person was genuinely dedicated to making me feel at home. They were always ready to assist with a smile, answer any questions, or offer local recommendations.

Location is perfect and any part of the Ciry Center is within walking distance. The foyer is quite grand with a lively bar and live music in the evening, piano and violin and during the day a nice place to just relax or do some work, the hotel restaurant has a good menu and the food standards are very good. The breakfast has something for everyone and they have a very good a la carte breakfast menu if you wanted something a little more special. The gym is not massive but adequate for purpose, and the Spa is also equipped with a big enough steam room and sauna for a few people with a small jacuzzi and a few beds to relax.

This is a lovely brilliantly located hotel It is old world in a sense and we extended our original booking here because of its high comfort level ( bed was cloud like !) and wonderful location. The staff were all simply superb and so helpful when we asked for anything. I loved this place and would go back in a heartbeat ! The breakfast was very good the one morning we chose to have it ( we like variety and being able to eat out in the city or while on tours ) If thinking of super comfort - great location - helpful friendly staff and want to walk Yerevan book this hotel .

The Hotel is located in downtown Yerevan, within walking distance to prime locations, bars, restaurants and cafes. My room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good - the food was pretty much the same every day, but tasty. I used the gym once - small, but well equipped with brand new machines.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable and clean, will all the necessary equipments. I love the curtains as well, they were very pretty!
